kyle bright
Kyle has well-rounded experience in the construction industry, having worked for David Weekley Homes and Galaxy Builders. He oversaw multiple home builds at once, managed a large number of sub-contractors, and cultivated strong relationships with clients. When promoted to Project Manager with Galaxy Builders, he was responsible for $XXM in multifamily construction projects. He gained valuable knowledge, experience, and industry information to compel him to begin his own development company in 2022.
Kyle began 3GE to take his knowledge, training, education, and expertise to the development side of the industry. He believes in quality, efficiency, commitment, and craftsmanship. Kyle takes his experiential learnings and his BS in Construction Management from Kennessaw State University into 3GE with passion and drive for his investors, partners, and clients.
jordan Wood
Jordan Wood lives in Brenham, Texas and owns a very successful landscaping business. He joined 3GE in partnership with Kyle after a lengthy professional relationship. Jordan believes in 3GE and brings to the table expertise and vast network of long-term connections and partnerships.
Jordan brings over 20 years of experience and industry knowledge to 3GE. Upon acquiring his BS in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M, he had already submerged himself into the Construction Industry. His academia and knowledge of the workforce prepared him for success both professionally and personally. He has held construction Superintendent roles with Sunrise Construction and Godfrey Residential Apartment Builders.
Jordan joined 3GE with vast knowledge, a well-connected network, and interpersonal skills that offer insight into the construction side of development – helping to ensure a smooth process and maximized communication.
