Kyle brings extensive, well-rounded experience to the construction industry, having worked with renowned companies such as David Weekly Homes and Galaxy Builders. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen multiple home builds simultaneously, managed numerous subcontractors, and built strong, lasting relationships with clients.

In his role as Project Manager at Galaxy Builders, Kyle's scope of responsibility has included over $183M in multifamily construction projects, where he gained invaluable industry knowledge and expertise. This experience propelled him to start his own development company, 3GE, in 2022.

With a passion for development and a BS in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University, Kyle combines his practical experience, education, and industry insights to drive success for his investors, partners, and clients.

VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION

Jordan brings over 20 years of experience and industry knowledge to 3GE. Upon acquiring his BS in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M, he had already submerged himself into the Construction Industry. His academia and knowledge of the workforce prepared him for success both professionally and personally. He has held Construction Superintendent roles with Sunrise and Godfrey Residential Apartment Builders.

Jordan joined 3GE with vast knowledge, a well-connected network, and interpersonal skills that offer insight into the construction side of development – helping to ensure a smooth process and maximized communication.
